Kaiārahi (Navigators) work alongside whānau to understand needs, identify and build on whānau strengths, together develop a plan and navigate whānau into appropriate services that best suits the whānau and meets the goals of their plan. Ki A Ora Ngātiwai is committed to supporting whānau to create positive changes, in such areas as health, housing, education, employment, cultural identity and standards of living.

If you want to have a korero about our services, our kaiārahi are located at 418C Kamo Road, and are available for walk-ins, enquiries, and where possible address an immediate need. You can also call 094354586 ext 2.
