Did Not Attend Fee (DNA Fee)
If you make an appointment and fail to attend this appointment you will be charged a DNA Fee. For all those 14 years and over, who do not attend their appointment, they will be charged a normal consult rate. If you have a genuine reason for not attending, this fee may be credited back. If you need to cancel the appointment, please call us as we may be able to give the appointment to someone else.
